Largest Sushi Roll At Sea Created By Holland America Line Culinary Council Member And Sushi Master Andy Matsuda Aboard Koningsdam

To celebrate International Sushi Day, Holland America decided they would create the largest sushi roll ever served at sea. Chef Andy Matsuda gave himself the challenge and succeeded by creating the “World Mega Roll” which measured in at 15 metres long and 1 metre wide and used 318 kilos of sushi rice. This was accompanied by 450 litres of wasabi sauce, wow!!!
